BLACK MUSIC MONTH - 2012

It's Black Music Month, a great time to celebrate the music that our ancestors
used to communicate, express and escape the here and now with. Music is
spiritual, music is punctual and music is thought provoking! Make sure that you
find some new music this month. Go out and explore, because it is out there for
us who want to find it.

This is a very short blog this week because I'm going out to enjoy "LIVE" music at
the DC areas "Capital JazzFest" in Columbia, Maryland. I'm not only enjoying the
great music but working at the Q&A Workshop, where anybody can interact with many of the artists. I hope that our music never dies but that can only happen if we continue to educate the new crop of enthusiasts and casual listeners behind us!
